XUDA Filtration's filter plate plant was put into operation in April 2024

Located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, our plant covers an area of 53,000 square meters and is equipped with 60,000 KN, 80,000 KN, and 120,000 KN super-large hydraulic presses, digital material storage systems, high-precision clamping mechanisms, PDI temperature-controlled mold systems, and other filter plate pressing equipment. Our company is also equipped with a filter plate welding machine, a three-axis machining center, a five-axis machining center, and other filter plate finishing equipment. The production process can be digitally controlled, which improves the mechanical strength, processing accuracy, and surface finish of the products and reduces the defective rate of the products caused by human factors.

The production line is designed to produce the highest quality filter plates in China, either traditional welded membrane plates or large non-standardized detachable membrane plates, with a capacity of up to 25,000 plates per year and the ability to expand capacity on an ongoing basis.
