Xuda filtration 1500x1500 filter plate new mold testing

XUDA Filtration has just developed a new 1500x1500 chamber filter plate mold with a combination of a center feed, upper center feed and outer feed design. We tested this mold in June 2024 with satisfactory results.

Filter plates produced by this mold can be used in tailing dewatering, kaolin dewatering, oil and gas wastewater treatment, hydrometallurgy, or chemical industry. The feeding pressure of the filter plate is less than 20 bar, working temperature is between 10 to 95℃. Chamber depth can be adjusted within 25~40mm according to the customer's requirements and the compatible membrane plate is of welded design with squeezing pressure less than 25 bar.

The first order of 205 pieces of membrane plate + 200 pieces of recessed plates produced by this mold has been delivered to Carmen Copper's plant in Cebu.
